Jane is a member of the Body Control Pilates® Association and has been teaching Pilates in Podington, Souldrop and Olney since she qualified in March 2004 (previously she was a Yoga teacher).  Jane holds the Level 3 certificate for Pilates matwork and is accredited as a Level 4 Low Back Pain Back4Good® Practitioner and BackCare Professional.  Jane is also qualified to teach on the Pilates Reformer up to intermediate level.  Additionally she has been a fully qualified complimentary therapist since 1996 and a Bowen Technique Practitioner since 1999.
